Who we are

Accuro makes Tweakpin. It is run by:

What Tweakpin is

Tweakpin lets the people you make websites for pin notes straight onto the page. You see each note where it was left, and fix it.

What it costs

Free, 0 € for ever: one website and two seats, with no card and no clock. On Free the bar your clients see is ours: our mark and tweakpin.com.

Studio Lite, 9 € a month per website: as many websites as you pay for, and two seats. The bar your clients see wears your logo, with a small “Powered by Tweakpin” beside it. Three websites is 27 €.

Studio, 29 € a month with one website, and 9 € a month for every website after it: four seats, your own address (such as feedback.yourstudio.com), and your own logo with nothing of ours. Extra seats are 5 € a month each. Three websites is 47 €.

Each website is its own charge, on its own domain: client.com and blog.client.com are two websites. Hosting, where we hold the site, is not sold yet. Accounts on an earlier plan continue as Studio.

On Studio Lite and Studio, a website is paid for from its first round: when you invite its first client to it, that website is charged from then on. A website no client is ever invited to is never charged. You don't give a card to start.

After that we charge each month, through Stripe. Prices include no hidden extras. If we ever change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before.

Stopping

You can stop whenever you like. Close your account on the domains screen and nothing more is charged. We don't refund part of a month already paid.

What we ask of you

• Only put Tweakpin on websites you have the right to change.
• Don't use it to send spam, break the law, or attack anyone.
• Keep the sign-in links we email you to yourself.

If someone breaks these, we may close their account.

What we promise

We work hard to keep Tweakpin running and your notes safe. But things can go wrong, and we can't promise it will never be down. If it is our fault, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Your work stays yours

Your websites and the notes left on them belong to you and your clients. We only use them to run Tweakpin for you.

If these words change

We'll email you before anything important changes. If you keep using Tweakpin after that, you accept the new words.
